you can see we stillhave your-- your dining room table here. yeah. and it hasn'tgotten any smaller. no. and neither has your family. so you guys need a big table. we're going to reclaim yourdining room table by giving it a new top, a freshcoat of paint,

and a new positionin your space. so we ready to get started? let's do it. ok. first thing we wantto do is really just remove some of thatluster and that sheen, just to make sure thatanything we put on top of it, be it paint, glue, or anythinglike that has a better surface. yeah, better surfaceto grip into.

pretty much, you want togo in circular motions, just since we are tryingto destroy the surface. jeremiah smith: ok, cool. commence destroying. my kids have done thatover the years, very well. ok.let's get gluing and nailing. so we'll put oursafety glasses on. and then, we'reready to get started. nice.let's do it.

- pair for you.- my man, thank you. first board is alwaysgonna be the hardest. so what we'll do is we'llstart with a little bit of glue on the back. make sure that it'sreally flush to both of our edges and our corner. and then, we'll comethrough with out nail gun, tap it into place,at least twice. and then, keepworking our way down.

jeremiah smith: cool. james worsham: the bestthing about cutting all of these randomlengths, we don't have to worry aboutmapping everything out and being really precise. we can kind of just dowhatever feels nice. cool.james worsham: almost finished. it's the home stretch. jeremiah smith: and--

jeremiah smith: done. james worsham: it looks awesome. it's a pretty coolnew surface right? james worsham: we've alsogot some edges to trim down. we'll use a straight edge. clamp those guys down. and then, we cut. beautiful. nice.

one of our lastfew steps, is just to really end this on areally nice little cap and just really finish offthis wood really nicely. get a nice bead on there. and then, all right. wow, man.that's awesome. james worsham: all right. jeremiah smith: that looks--it looks way better than i thought it would, to be honest.- all right.

all we have left todo now is to putty in and spackle over anyof our little nail holes that we've got. sand it all down, polyurethane, and we'll get you guys your dining room table back. all right. so what do you think? man, it looks absolutely cool. i love the way thatbrought out all the grain,

like the dark pieces. man, it's great. yeah, the poly acrylicreally just seals the wood and then, it bringsout that great grain. it does, man. it's gorgeous.
